Our services

Erma sees itself as a competent partner in all matters relating to the precise production of stamped parts, assemblies, tools and the development of automation solutions. We offer a complete portfolio of consulting and engineering services in the run-up to development and design as well as the subsequent realisation of formed products, production equipment and logistical concepts.

We pursue an approach of integration because the production of individual components, no matter how efficient, never offers the optimum solution in terms of overall costs and overall quality. However, it is precisely the overall costs and overall quality that are the decisive factors for success, both for us and for our partners.

Construction and more

We use the 2D CAD systems AutoCAD, Q-CAD and the 3D CAD systems SolidWorks and Inventor to solve your design problems.

Our conversion software allows us to import all common file formats (STEP, IGES, ACIS, DWG, DXF). We can also natively import the frequently used formats from Catia and Unigraphics.
We use 3D Quickpress to automate design work and generate strips.

We use FEM programmes to process and investigate structural issues and for strength analyses.

We use functional decomposition, FMEA and fault tree analysis for test setup and test evaluation.

Projects are monitored using CPM and Gantt diagrams via project planning software (an integral part of our CAQ system). We use integrated CAQ software packages to support our specialist staff in quality issues.

Forming technology from sheet metal

We manufacture in thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 6mm and widths from 5mm to 400mm on systems between 125kN (12.5 tonnes) and 2500kN (250 tonnes) with and without surface treatment.

Hybridization of sheet metal and plastic

We work with injection molds in a size range of approx.
60 x 35 cm (l x w) and a closing pressure of up to 110 tons. Erma can process all thermoplastics with and without glass fiber content.

Precise measurement results for all areas

Erma offers everything to do with contract measurements as a precise service. This is suitable, for example, for any geometric measurements on precision cutting punch workpieces or for determining CAD data for the further processing of design samples by means of reverse engineering.

Starting with the verification of the desired geometry against 3D and 2D data to the preparation of determined measuring points to CAD models of the workpieces.

We measure in the size range 1000 x 700 x 700mm. Whether high-precision machine components such as housings, bearing plates, hydraulic components or automotive components in accordance with the requirements of VDA Vol. 6 or PPAP. Not only do you receive the correct results from us, we also prepare them for you ready for delivery.

Storage for the mass market with high standards

Mass markets are demanding in terms of both uninterrupted supply and consistently high quality. Your customers are difficult to satisfy. We help you to master this task. With our warehouse for raw materials, tools and finished parts, we match your call-offs with quantities. On time, high quality with a suitable logistics concept and sometimes unusual solutions (shared production). Deliveries are ensured from requirements with the same naturalness with which we help you with new developments and product discontinuation. All with the aim of providing our customers with an economically interesting collaboration.

Cleaning and degreasing for metals

Erma relies on two state-of-the-art cleaning systems from the company Pero.
The maximum basket size for cleaning components is 48 x 28 x 28 cm (l x w x h).
The cleaning systems achieve a cleanliness level of up to 28 mN/m. Parts are considered grease-free from a value of 38 mN/m.
